Bhagavad Gita – Chapter 10 -  21-30

Here, Krishna begins naming His divine manifestations — the best among each category of existence. From the sun and moon to mountains, sages, rivers, and weapons — He shows how all greatness, beauty, and power reflect Him.


📜 Shloka 21

आदित्यानामहं विष्णुर्ज्योतिषां रविरंशुमान् ।
मरीचिर्मरुतामस्मि नक्षत्राणामहं शशी ॥21॥

English Translation:
Among the Adityas, I am Vishnu. Among luminous objects, I am the radiant sun. Among the Maruts, I am Marichi. Among stars, I am the moon.

हिन्दी अनुवाद:
मैं आदित्यों में विष्णु हूँ, तेजस्वी वस्तुओं में सूर्य हूँ, मरुतों में मरीचि हूँ और नक्षत्रों में चंद्रमा हूँ।

Wherever there is brilliance, constancy, or radiance — that is Krishna manifest.


📜 Shloka 22

वेदानां सामवेदोऽस्मि देवानामस्मि वासवः ।
इन्द्रियाणां मनश्चास्मि भूतानामस्मि चेतना ॥22॥

English Translation:
Among the Vedas, I am the Sama Veda. Among gods, I am Indra. Among senses, I am the mind. In living beings, I am consciousness.

हिन्दी अनुवाद:
मैं वेदों में सामवेद हूँ, देवताओं में इंद्र हूँ, इंद्रियों में मन हूँ और प्राणियों में चेतना हूँ।

The mind and consciousness are not mundane — they are divine channels.


📜 Shloka 23

रुद्राणां शङ्करश्चास्मि वित्तेशो यक्षरक्षसाम् ।
वसूनां पावकश्चास्मि मेरुः शिखरिणामहम् ॥23॥

English Translation:
Among the Rudras, I am Shankara (Shiva). Among Yakshas and Rakshasas, I am Kubera. Among the Vasus, I am Agni (fire). Among mountains, I am Meru.

हिन्दी अनुवाद:
मैं रुद्रों में शंकर हूँ, यक्षों-राक्षसों में कुबेर हूँ, वसुओं में अग्नि हूँ, और पर्वतों में मेरु हूँ।

All aspects of divine power — destruction, wealth, energy, and stability — reflect Krishna.


📜 Shloka 24

पुरोधसां च मुख्यं मां विद्धि पार्थ बृहस्पतिम् ।
सेनानीनामहं स्कन्दः सरसामस्मि सागरः ॥24॥

English Translation:
Among priests, I am Brihaspati. Among commanders, I am Skanda (Kartikeya). Among bodies of water, I am the ocean.

हिन्दी अनुवाद:
हे पार्थ! पुरोहितों में बृहस्पति, सेनानियों में स्कन्द और जलाशयों में समुद्र को मैं जानो।

Divine leadership expresses as wisdom (Brihaspati), valor (Skanda), and vastness (Ocean).


📜 Shloka 25

महर्षीणां भृगुरहं गिरामस्म्येकमक्षरम् ।
यज्ञानां जपयज्ञोऽस्मि स्थावराणां हिमालयः ॥25॥

English Translation:
Among sages, I am Bhrigu. Among words, I am the sacred syllable "Om." Among sacrifices, I am silent repetition (japa). Among immovable things, I am the Himalayas.

हिन्दी अनुवाद:
महर्षियों में मैं भृगु हूँ, वाणियों में एकाक्षर (ॐ) हूँ, यज्ञों में जपयज्ञ हूँ और अचल वस्तुओं में हिमालय हूँ।

The highest forms are often the quietest — japa, Om, still mountains.


📜 Shloka 26

अश्वत्थः सर्ववृक्षाणां देवर्षीणां च नारदः ।
गन्धर्वाणां चित्ररथः सिद्धानां कपिलो मुनिः ॥26॥

English Translation:
Among trees, I am the Ashvattha (peepal). Among divine sages, I am Narada. Among Gandharvas, I am Chitraratha. Among Siddhas, I am the sage Kapila.

हिन्दी अनुवाद:
वृक्षों में अश्वत्थ, देवर्षियों में नारद, गन्धर्वों में चित्ररथ और सिद्धों में कपिल मुनि मैं हूँ।

Trees, sages, celestial beings — Krishna is the essence of the most revered in every domain.


📜 Shloka 27

उच्चैःश्रवसमश्वानां विद्धि माममृतोद्भवम् ।
ऐरावतं गजेन्द्राणां नराणां च नराधिपम् ॥27॥

English Translation:
Among horses, I am Ucchaihshravas, born of nectar. Among elephants, I am Airavata. Among men, I am the king.

घोड़ों में अमृत से उत्पन्न उच्चैःश्रवा, हाथियों में ऐरावत, और मनुष्यों में राजा मैं हूँ।

Krishna is found in nobility, majesty, and the fruits of divine processes.

आयुधानामहं वज्रं धेनूनामस्मि कामधुक् ।
प्रजनश्चास्मि कन्दर्पः सर्पाणामस्मि वासुकिः ॥28॥

English Translation:
Among weapons, I am the thunderbolt. Among cows, I am Kamadhenu. Among procreators, I am Kamadeva. Among serpents, I am Vasuki.

शस्त्रों में वज्र, गायों में कामधेनु, सृष्टिकर्ताओं में कामदेव और सर्पों में वासुकि मैं हूँ।

अनन्तश्चास्मि नागानां वरुणो यादसामहम् ।
पितॄणामर्यमा चास्मि यमः संयमतामहम् ॥29॥

English Translation:
Among Nagas (serpent gods), I am Ananta. Among aquatic beings, I am Varuna. Among ancestors, I am Aryama. Among controllers, I am Yama, the god of death.

नागों में अनंत, जलचरों में वरुण, पितरों में अर्यमा और संयमियों में यमराज मैं हूँ।

Even death and law are not outside Krishna — they are sacred forces of balance.

प्रह्लादश्चास्मि दैत्यानां कालः कलयतामहम् ।
मृगाणां च मृगेन्द्रोऽहं वैनतेयश्च पक्षिणाम् ॥30॥

English Translation:
Among Daityas (demons), I am Prahlada. Among time-measurers, I am time itself. Among beasts, I am the lion. Among birds, I am Garuda.

दैत्यगणों में प्रह्लाद, समय को मापने वालों में काल, पशुओं में सिंह और पक्षियों में गरुड़ मैं हूँ।
